The purpose of this measure is to remedy damage to buildings or structures used for agricultural production or processing of agricultural products caused by weather conditions after 7 August 2023. The program is regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 776 Procedure for granting State and European Union support in the form of open calls for proposals under the measure ‘Investments in tangible assets’ during the transitional period of the 2014-2020 programming period in 2021 and 2022.
To help farmers cope with the difficulties caused by hail and storm damage, the following activities are supported:
To be eligible, applicants must be registered as an economic operator and have received income from agricultural activity or the processing of agricultural products. The application period is from 1 September 2023 to 1 December 2023. The total funding available is €3 million. The amount of support is as follows:

The deadline for receiving applications for the measure has been extended to 1 March 2024 and additional funding of €1 million has been made available. |
A total of €1,795,698 worth of projects have been submitted for support. (45% of available funding).
