The General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Integration Department of the Ministry for Family, Integration and the Greater Region are jointly launching a call for projects in the framework of the implementation of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), which defines the actions to be co-financed and the conditions for submitting an application for co-financing.
The call for projects is addressed to private non-profit organisations and bodies, public institutions as well as professional chambers and aims at financing projects around two axes of intervention:

The General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Integration Directorate of the Ministry for Family, Integration and the Greater Region jointly steer the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) have established a fund to support refugees. The objective of the fund is to support the effective management of migratory flows and to resource the implementation, strengthening and development of common policies on asylum and immigration, subsidiary protection and temporary protection, in full compliance with the rights and principles enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. Following the 2014-2020 programming period, a new programme was defined for 2021-2027. It is based on four major axes:

In the framework of the AMIF 2021-2027 programming period, two projects have been selected under Specific Objective 2 "Legal migration and integration of third-country nationals":

The multi-year program of the European Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2021-2027 has an overall budget of €27.8 million, including €23 million in Community funding. Within this framework, the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Integration Department of the Ministry for the Family, Integration and the Greater Region launched a call for projects on 9 May 2022 and a second one on 9 May 2023. The planned budgets are €1,500,000 in 2022 and €1,050,000 in 2023 respectively. These two calls for projects cover the following points: - Objective 1: Common European Asylum System: o Projects to develop information, guidance and training for pregnant women and parents ; o Projects to prevent / raise awareness of / strengthen mental health through leisure activities. - Objective 2: Legal migration and integration: o Promotion of exchanges and dialogue between the target group and the host society and awareness-raising activities; o Capacity-building: design and implementation of a cultural awareness training cycle. |
