In the framework of the regional employment policies and the specific "Work endowment" measure (Dote Unica Lavoro) , the specific notice of 19 October 2020 (decreto dirigenziale R.G. 7084 of 19/10/2020) covering support and services for people with disabilities includes a specific measure for addressing job re-insertion after COVID-related short time work.
The measure covers people with disabilities by providing specific support at the end of COVID-related short time work. In particular, it envisages specific measures to address the impact of the pandemic and preserve jobs of workers with disabilities after COVID-related short time, like training initiatives to re-qualify workers with disabilities in the event of changes/reconversion of production at company level, tutorships to help workers if changes in their tasks are envisaged, and psychological support to help address the impact of the pandemic. These measures are funded with €1 million (12.5% of the total €8 million funding).
The notice covers 166 individual support intervention of up to €6,000, for a total funding of funded €1 million (12.5% of the total €8 million funding of the whole notice). Such measure has to be implemented by the end of December 2021.
